Standard fees

Lettings only 9.6% (8% + VAT)

– Renewals on 1st 2 years’ 4.8% (4% + VAT)

Management service (fees apply per property) 12% (10% + VAT)

Short lets (inc obligatory management service) 30% (25% + VAT)

– Renewals on 1st 2 years’ 24% (20% + VAT)

Tenancy Agreement   

– Long let £450

– Short let  £225

This fee, set at a fixed cost, encompasses various services tailored to each tenancy’s unique needs. These services may include negotiating the tenancy terms, verifying references, conducting Right to Rent checks, and drafting contracts. The fee is charged per tenancy and will not surpass this amount unless additional services or fees specified elsewhere in this document are requested.
